Do you want to remove all the stress from your event? Talk to us about our delivery and set up service. We’ll deliver to your location and make sure everything is working correctly. We can even stay for the duration of your event.

Do you need to cover an extra-wide area with wifi? We have wifi extenders. Going somewhere without reliable power? We can set you up with a battery or generator to power your Starlink dish. Whatever your need, you can rely on our expertise to make sure you stay connected.
Customer Support
Starlink is straightforward to set up: Just set the dish in an area with a clear view of the sky and plug it into the router. But if you have any trouble with your connection, we’re here to help. Email, call, or text and we’ll make sure you’re connected.
Pricing
Standard Tier – $125/hr
• Includes on-site delivery, setup, testing, and walkthrough of the system with your team
• No uptime guarantee if the upstream (Starlink) fails
• However, if my equipment fails, there’s no charge for that day
• Support response options:
- 2-hour on-site response time billed as 4-hour minimum per day
- 15-minute on-site response time billed as 8-hour minimum per day
• Overtime past 8 hours: $185/hr
• Daily work is capped at 12 hours, unless pre-arranged
• Travel days: $500 flat
• Expenses billed at cost
Premium Tier – $175/hr
• Includes Starlink plus cellular failover with automatic switching
• 99% uptime guarantee during the 8-hour business day — covers failures of both network providers and my equipment
- If uptime drops below 99% for the covered period, that day is free
• Overtime beyond 8 hours billed at 1.5× base rate ($262.50/hr)
• Active network monitoring included — if the network goes down, I’m automatically notified and can respond without waiting on a call
• Same support structure, response times, and travel pricing as the Standard Tier
Both tiers assume access to reliable electricity and a clear sky view. If those are not available, I’ll provide a custom setup and quote tailored to the site conditions.
